Boogie Folies (1996)
At the end of 1995, Pierre Nicolaëf, a pianist and producer, asked me for a recording of boogie-woogie including classics as monkey tank train and adaptations of universally known popular songs into boogie-woogies. This fascinating project was not only very successful but also created many developments through Pierre Nicolaëf’s production unit « Rhapsody Music », such as a concert at Bobino in December 1996, and several television broadcasts.
